劉軍博士自2005年以來(lái)任英國(guó)北愛爾蘭奧斯特大學(xué)(Ulster University)Jordanstown校區(qū)計(jì)算與kaiyun開云官方網(wǎng)站幾乎最年輕（僅有1位比他年輕）的講師，也是奧斯特大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)研究所（CSRI）的核心研究成員。在此之前，他2002年2月—2004年12月，在英國(guó)曼徹斯特大學(xué)管理學(xué)院做博士后研究，2000年3月—2002年2月，在比利時(shí)國(guó)家核研究中心(SCK?CEN)做博士后研究。他分別于1993年，1996年獲得中國(guó)kaiyun開云官方網(wǎng)站應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)的學(xué)士和碩士學(xué)位，并于1999年獲得中國(guó)kaiyun開云官方網(wǎng)站交通信息工程及控制專業(yè)的博士學(xué)位,師從kaiyun開云官方網(wǎng)站徐揚(yáng)教授。
