     On November 3, 2018, the member congress of sichuan mathematical society and the academic annual conference of 2018 were held in the school of mathematics, sichuan university. At the opening ceremony, huang jingyue, vice President of the association of science and technology of sichuan province, first welcomed the arrival of representatives from member units, pointing out that this congress is conducive to inheriting the fine tradition of the sichuan mathematical society and maintaining the grassroots cohesion of the association.
